Travel cancellation insurance 
We recommend that you conclude a travel cancellation insurance policy or a travel termination insurance policy;

Cancellation terms:
Cancellations and changes up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations and changes up to 30 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the overall booking value.
Cancellations and changes up to 14 days before arrival will be charged at 70% of the overall booking value.
Later cancellations or changes or no-shows will be charged at 100% of the booking value.

No-smoking rooms
To offer our guests the best possible recuperative value, all of our rooms are no-smoking rooms. There are seating areas on the balconies with ashtrays for you to puff away to your heart's content.
